EVERY EDIT TO THIS REGISTER
7 entries, 2 of them corrections.
Appended, never rewritten. When something here turns out to have been wrong it gets its own line saying what was wrong — a register that silently edits its own figures is asking for the trust it refuses to extend to anybody else.

CORRECTED/mint said “Nothing. There is no token.” That was true when it was written and stopped being true the moment $QUA was minted — a published sentence nobody went back and checked, which is the exact failure this register exists to name. It now carries the mint read off mainnet: Token-2022, 1,000,000,000 supply, mint and freeze authority both revoked, and none of the extensions that would let anybody move, pause, tax or reprice a balance.
ADDEDThe contract went into the footer rather than the top bar. The bar copies the reference element for element and has no chip for one; wedging it in would have undone a layout that was matched deliberately.

ADDEDThe register opened with two lines against one subject, both quoted from pages read that day.
ADDEDFour subjects listed as read but NOT ENTERED, by name, so their absence cannot be mistaken for a clean bill.
CHANGEDEach line became a double-entry spread — promised on the left page, settled on the right, with a rule down the gutter. The single-column list it replaced gave the promise and the proof different weight on the page.
CORRECTEDThe ticker printed “——” for a line with no figure, which between two words reads as a separator: every item came out looking like “name — QUEUED”. The dashes stay in the register, where a missing figure must never look like a zero, and are gone from the ticker, where the standing word already carries it.
CHANGEDThe page set moved onto /mint, /history, /refunds, /changelog and /docs. The old /method and /sources still resolve.
